Ingredients:
Beef Bones for soup
6 cloves garlic
ginger
green onions
vegetables ( optional )
seasoning ( optional )
black pepper ( whole or powder/optional )
Directions:
1.  Boil the beef bones for 1/2 hour before adding your ingredients or until the meat is tender. If you can picnh the meat from the bones then it is ready. 
2.  Normally farmers in the barrio use cabbage where it is abundant. But in the old days we used Bok choy ( Pechay ) flowers to spice up the soup. Beef neck bones or ribs (a little expensive) but they are the best because they don't have a lot of fats. Modify it to your likings.
