| Ingredients: Mongo (1 pack) Ginger (2 inches cut into 1/4 by 1inch) Onion (1/2 only cut into cubs) Tomato (1 pieces) Garlic (4 slices -pound garlic) Chicaron (1 container) Side Pork (1/4 lbs) Shrimp no shell (1/4 lbs) Fish Sauce/Oil/Seasoning (optional) Ampalaya or spinach leaves |
Directions: 1. Wash Mongo and add 6 cups of water into a large cooking container until its cook and fully soften) 2. Warm a frying pan and put 5 spoons of cooking oil until it's completely hot(slow fire). 3. Put the ginger on the fan, wait until its completely brown, add the garlic, onion, tomato until its fully cooked. 4. Add meat on said frying pan and sautee until it's fully cooked. 5. Wash and drain the vegetable and set it aside. 6. Add the condiments from the frying fan into the mongo container and let it boiled until it's fully cooked (add water if need be). 7. Add Fish sauce or salt and (seasoning optional). 8. Add the shrimp and let it cook for one minute then add the vegetables and mixed the mongo container. (Do not overcook the vegetable). |
