Remember this picture last year? ...when Mayor Ferdie and the President of MAO,
Alicia Revilla Junatas showing the plan?

Mayor Ferdie was explaining to MAO's Officers and Members how the youth will use the
Civic Center that will surely help them to be a good citizens of Mapandan.

Mayor handed the plan to Alicia, the proposed project of MAO (Youth Civic Center which will be build on Jan 2007).

Now it is April 2007!!!
