School teacher  are the representatives named by the donors, Conrado D. Vallejos and Clarisse Cabanayan
respectively. Clarisse was the one who asked Pangasinan.org to include these two schools.

A total of 74 backpacks were divided equally and distributed to both East and West Elem. School.
